Call for Papers

Research/technical papers that align with the theme of the conference: “Industry 5.0: AI-driven Industrial Engineering for Sustainability”, are invited for presentation. Papers from all fields of Industrial Engineering relevant to the theme are welcome.

IMPORTANT DATES:

• Abstract Submission Deadline:          30^th  June, 2025
• Acceptance Notification:                    10^th July, 2025
• Submission of full Paper:                    30^th July, 2025
• Registration on or before:                   15^th July, 2025
• Publication of book of Abstracts:       8^th August, 2025

Authors are encouraged to submit their innovative research/technical work in any relevant area that contributes to advancing Industrial Engineering practices. All submissions will undergo a peer review process by our distinguished panel of experts. Accepted contributions have the opportunity to be presented at the conference and their abstracts included in the ISBN book of abstracts. Full papers of selected presentations from the conference will be considered for publication in the conference proceedings with ISBN by Springer or in indexed journals.

Registration of at least one of the authors is compulsory.

The best presentations will be awarded with attractive prizes by Springer.

*Transportation and accommodation are not included in the delegate registration fee.

**Participation fee will be over & above the delegate fee. Participation fee will however be for one Case Study.

Selected Research/Technical papers should contain:
Title of the paper
Name(s) of the author(s)
Affiliation(s) of the author(s) Corresponding Author’s email
Abstract, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results & Discussion,
Conclusions, and References.
Use the template provided on the website to prepare the paper.

Research/Technical Paper Format:
Paper length: Full paper should be less than 4500 words
Abstract length: 200-250 words
Keywords : 3-5 words
Format: MS Word in the given template

Review and Selection:
Selection of the submission to the conference will be informed via email. The decision of
the Review Committee regarding the selection of papers will be final and binding.

Authors must declare that their submissions have not been previously considered for any other conferences or publications in a cover letter when submitting the full paper.

All accepted abstracts will become part of the book of abstracts/official conference souvenir and will be the property of IIIE.

After peer review, good quality papers of selected presentations will be considered for publication in IE Journal and other reputed indexed journals or a proceedings by Springer with ISBN.

Best presentations will be recognized during the conference.
